Unrestricted Gifts

An unrestricted donation, or general support, is the most valuable gift you can give to CRJ because it gives us the flexibility to use your gift where it is most needed in order to best serve our clients. Unrestricted donations can be made online or by mail. Please see instructions below in the Ways to Give section. If you wish to further designate your gift to a particular program or fund, you may do so by calling the Development Office at 617-482-2520 x104.

Support Team CRJ in the Rodman Ride for Kids

The Rodman Ride for Kids, chaired by Jack Connors, Jr., is a one-day cycling tour that raises money for human service agencies that promote healthy, positive lives for at-risk youth throughout New England including Community Resources for Justice. Since its inception in 1991, the Rodman Ride for Kids has raised over $25 million for a variety of organizations that serve at-risk youth. CRJ and other beneficiaries of the Ride work together, year-round, to collaborate on the planning and implementation of this annual event.

What makes the Ride such a valuable fundraising event for CRJ is that every dollar Team CRJ raises is matched (15 cents per dollar) by the Rodman Ride for Kids!

You can support Team CRJ by making a donation online and selecting “Team CRJ in the Rodman Ride for Kids” or by mailing a check made out to "Rodman Ride for Kids/CRJ" and send it to the address listed below in the Donate By Mail section.

Please visit the Rodman Ride for Kids website www.rodmanrideforkids.org to learn more about the Ride. You also may donate to Team CRJ via the Ride’s website.

Matching Gifts
Many employers participate in a matching gift program that could double or even triple the donations made by employees and their spouses. To see if your company participates in such a program, please check with your human resources department.

Gifts-in-Kind
Gifts-in-kind or the donation of goods or services are one way of helping us better serve our clients. CRJ will graciously accept donations of “gently used” computer equipment, furniture, books, and clothing, to name a few. Event Sponsorship
CRJ’s two annual events – the Justice Award Dinner and the Rodman Ride for Kids – have many sponsorship opportunities available. Please contact the Development Office at 617-482-2520 x104 for further information on these events and sponsorship opportunities.

Non-monetary Gifts

Community Resources for Justice celebrates a long and rich history of individuals and social movements. The names below recognize the important contributions of some of our notable founders and predecessor organizations; through these we pay tribute to the many who have made CRJ what is today.
