The Program Monitors cover the program 24 hours/day, seven days/week and are responsible for the safe and secure operation of the program. Program Monitors keep residents accountable to the rules of the program, track activities and whereabouts, manage daily operations such as meals, head counts, and work details.

CRJ is looking for individuals with strong communication skills, sound judgment, good people skills, and experience dealing with a diverse population. Program Monitors need to be detail-oriented, and need flexibility in their work schedules.

Extensive training will be provided.

Qualifications include:
• Prefer Associates Degree in criminal justice, human services, or related field
• Prefer experience in residential settings
• Prefer experience with correctional population

We have both Part-Time and Full-Time positions available. Various shifts are open.
