We are currently interviewing for a Program Manager for this new Medway Program.
The Program Managers Duties/Responsibilities include the following:
Facilitate the smooth daily operations of the Medway Program
Provide guidance and feedback to staff
Administrative functions including: documentation, compliance, signing off on timesheets, communicating with CSMA headquarters, attend trainings, conduct trainings, etc.
Review and implement behavioral plans.
Direct Residential Counselors or directly assist resident clients with their day-to-day activities as needed
Direct Residential Counselors to offer support and guidance to residents when needed and identify and intervene in situations when necessary. Directly offer support to residents as needed.
He/she will update log entries including the medication log and incident log
Acquire/renew/maintain certifications in First-Aid, CPR, MAP, PAC and Community Strategies specific trainings (CRJ provide training)
Other duties as assigned
All CSMA staff are trained and certified in various forms of de-escalation techniques to insure the safety of residents and staff.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Services (or a related field) OR two or more years of experience within a residential setting similar to that of Community Strategies
Supervisory experience
Several years of experience in a residential program or similar program
Proven communication skills: both written and verbal.
