We are currently interviewing for a Program Manager for this new Medway Program.

The Program Manager’s Duties/Responsibilities include the following:

• Facilitate the smooth daily operations of the Medway Program
• Provide guidance and feedback to staff
• Administrative functions including: documentation, compliance, signing off on timesheets, communicating with CSMA headquarters, attend trainings, conduct trainings, etc.
• Review and implement behavioral plans.
• Direct Residential Counselors or directly assist resident clients with their day-to-day activities as needed
• Direct Residential Counselors to offer support and guidance to residents when needed and identify and intervene in situations when necessary. Directly offer support to residents as needed.
• He/she will update log entries including the medication log and incident log
• Acquire/renew/maintain certifications in First-Aid, CPR, MAP, PAC and Community Strategies specific trainings (CRJ provide training)
• Other duties as assigned

All CSMA staff are trained and certified in various forms of de-escalation techniques to insure the safety of residents and staff.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Human Services (or a related field) OR two or more years of experience within a residential setting similar to that of Community Strategies

Supervisory experience

Several years of experience in a residential program or similar program

Proven communication skills: both written and verbal.
