Facility Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the ongoing needs of the facility and operations of Coolidge House. This includes minor maintenance. Coolidge House is a five-story residential program.

Duties/Responsibilities include the following:

- Completion of minor maintenance and building repairs, as well as coordinating repairs and work with outside contractors.
- Compile and organize ongoing documentation from extensive program logs, maintaining this documentation for audits and inspections, and ensuring proper completion of documentation by program staff.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and other meetings and trainings as scheduled.
- Conduct trainings for staff on various topics related to maintenance and the program
- Provide on-call coverage
- Provide shift coverage of Program Monitors
- Oversee food services including ordering outside vendors
- Maintain inventory of maintenance/facility supplies
- Maintain contact with contracting agencies
- Provide front desk coverage as needed
- Work with Assistant Director of Operations to evaluate potential cost-savings measures
- Work with Assistant Directors to improve training programs and implement new topics for trainings as related to the program.
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

- Several years experience as a Facility Manager/Maintenance Worker or "Handy Man"
- Communication skills including verbal and written
- Demonstrated organization skills
- Experience within a residential program setting preferred
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience making repairs and minor maintenance
- Experience working with outside contractors on facility improvements
